Digital image taken in October, 2010 from a photo essay on the Monument to the Murdered Jews of Europe in Berlin.
This profound monument, or Denkmal, is a collection of rectangular tombs set in rows, but all slightly askew.
I photographed this arrangement of cubes in different lights and weathers over the period of a month.
